We use ingredients such as Hokkaido seafood and rice delivered every morning.

The rice is made with a blend of Hokkaido rice and red vinegar.The soy sauce is based on Shodoshima soy sauce and is made by adding kelp and bonito to create an original soy sauce.80-90% of the ingredients used are from Hokkaido.We purchase tuna every morning from a market close to the store, and sometimes we even purchase an entire tuna.Our restaurant is characterized by not using any additives and focusing on bringing out the best flavor of the ingredients.
